Located within Guoco Midtown, Singapore, one of the city’s most modern and prestigious commercial office developments, this interior design project is conceived for an insurance agency catering to premium and high-net-worth clientele. The design intent is to move away from a conventional office environment and instead create a refined, welcoming setting that reflects trust, sophistication, and exclusivity.

The spatial planning is centred around a series of shared common areas, anchored by a stylish bar and pantry zone that acts as the social and collaborative heart of the office. These common spaces are thoughtfully furnished with modern, clean-lined sofa sets, lounge seating, and contemporary collaboration areas, including bar-height tables with barstools for informal discussions, as well as circular banquette seating paired with matching tables to encourage interaction.

Inspired by a premium lounge-like atmosphere, the overall interior design language is warm yet elegant. Walnut timber finishes, darker and neutral colour tones, and brass accents are used throughout to create depth, richness, and subtle luxury. To soften the palette and introduce a sense of vitality, artificial greenery is strategically integrated across the space, adding visual interest and balance.

Surrounding the central common areas are a range of corporate meeting rooms in varying sizes, designed to accommodate both formal client engagements and private internal discussions. These enclosed spaces continue the same design concept and material palette as the main areas, ensuring a cohesive experience throughout the office while providing the necessary levels of privacy and professionalism.
